We have moved the entire contents of our website "The Hardcastle Family of Central Arkansas" to this location. These pages are dedicated to the descendants of my great-grandfather, Dr. John Hardcastle. Dr. John came to Arkansas from Tennessee about 1830, and he was the first Hardcastle to reside in Arkansas.

We operated this site on another server for several years. We were able to obtain the domain name "HardcastleFamily.com", which will make it much easier for search engines to locate our site. Please click on the link above to access the website as it was presented on the other server.

ANNOUNCING NEW WEBSITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

We are excited to announce that we have a new website under construction which is titled "The Hardcastle Family In America". The new website is dedicated to the descendants of William Hardcastle, a great-grandfather of Dr. John, who died in North Carolina in 1777. Most Hardcastles with roots in southern states can trace their lineage to William Hardcastle.

The new website will contain family history information on Hardcastles in North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Lousiana, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas and several other states. This site will be unique as it will contain a database of digital copies of actual historical records which apply to individual Hardcastle ancestors. Persons interested in Hardcastle family history will be able to view census and land records, wills, obituaries, photographs, biographies and various other historical records that pertain to their particular ancestors. Anyone interested in making their documents and photographs available for viewing by others will be welcome to provide their information for inclusion in the database.

We will be in position shortly to announce the start date for our new website. Please check back regularly as the start date will be announced on this site.
